Port of Vancouver hits the brakes on older truck ban

The Port of Vancouver is delaying the implementation of a long-awaited ban on container trucks older than 12 years. It’s giving owners of older trucks another nine months to comply with vehicle age restrictions and raising doubts the policy will ever be implemented. Travis Prasad reports.
