Peterborough County OPP say one person is dead and another in hospital following a collision north of the city on Thursday evening.
Around 6:45 p.m., emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision on Chemong Road in Selwyn Township.
Police have closed Chemong Road between Lindsay Road and 5th Line Selwyn.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
