North Vancouver family tormented by teens

A North Vancouver family is going public about an unrelenting campaign of torment by neighbourhood teens. They’ve been targeted by racist and sexually explicit graffiti and other mischiefs for months. And they say RCMP aren’t taking their concerns seriously. Kamil Karamali reports.
