‘A historical day’: Alberta First Nation inks deal with Ottawa, takes jurisdiction of child welfare

History was made south of Edmonton Wednesday, when the Louis Bull Tribe Indigenous community became the first in Alberta to sign a federal agreement to take over child welfare services from the provincial government. As Dan Grummett reports, there are others that want to do the same.
