Police Complaint Commissioner investigating allegations VPD officers interfered in Burnaby RCMP investigation

A Vancouver police officer was driving a car that allegedly made an illegal left turn and was struck by another vehicle. When collegues tried to retrieve her phone, an RCMP officer objected and it is alleged a VPD officer threatened the Mountie and grabbed his arm. The Police Complaint Commissioner office acknowledges a report has been received and it is looking into the matter.
