Short-staffed Chilliwack schools hiring uncertified teachers

A union representing Chilliwack teachers says they’re so short on staff they’re hiring uncertified teachers. The Chilliwack Teachers Association says some teachers are being pulled away from their regular jobs to cover other duties.
