UN rights chief forced to shelter in bunker amid latest wave of Russian missile strikes on Ukraine

Russia unleashed a new barrage of missiles on Ukraine on Monday, killing two people, destroying homes in the southeast and causing major power outages, according to officials. In Kyiv, the United Nations (UN) High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk had to move his scheduled meeting with human rights advocates to a bunker as air raid alarms spread across the capital city.
