City of Winnipeg Public Works Chair, Janice Lukes, spoke announced on Wednesday that the Winnipeg will begin plowing streets Thursday Morning at 7 a.m. and will go until Saturday at 7 p.m. Lukes added that she expects to make 2022’s snow clearing campaign as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
