Some Alberta nurses leaving front-line care for more work-life balance

In an attempt to find more work-life balance, some Alberta nurses are reducing the shifts they take in front-line care or leaving altogether. They’re finding work in other health settings, like primary care and aesthetics. Several nurses spoke to Emily Mertz about their decisions.
