U.S. President Joe Biden remarked on Wednesday about the results of the 2022 midterms, saying it was a “good day for democracy.” He said while some Democrats did not win re-election, he felt it was still a strong night for his party, adding that his administration saw fewer seats lost in the House Representatives than any previous Democratic president’s first midterm election in the last 40 years.
