One person is in a Toronto-area hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Peterborough Friday night.
Police say officers received a call about a pedestrian being hit in the Lansdowne Street and Ashburnham Drive area.
The victim suffered serious injuries, but is now in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing, but no charges are expected to be laid.
