Pat King, one of the leaders of the “Freedom Convoy,” testified at the Emergencies Act inquiry on Wednesday that he had reached out to police officers to inform them there were plans to bring another convoy to Ottawa. He said that he had at least a “few officers” on one of his live streams and they had discussed safety issues.
