Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly condemned on Tuesday Russian drone attacks on Ukrainian cities and said Canada is looking at imposing more sanctions on Iran in response to oppression of women’s rights and ongoing protests, as well as Ukraine’s claims that Iranian-made drones are being used to carry attacks by Russia in the country.
