A 36-year-old man has been charged with three counts of murder after his spouse and two young children were found dead over the weekend. He appeared in court from his hospital bed on Monday afternoon. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, the Quebec federation of Women’s Shelters calls it the eight femicide in as many weeks.
