More and more parents of children with autism and other disabilities are forced for find services in the private sector. Advocates say some local health authorities are sending parents directly to the private sector since publicly funded services are not available. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, it’s leaving some families who don’t have the means without any services at all.
