The Quebec coroner’s office has launched an investigation after two women staying at a facility for Nunavik residents in Dorval were fatally struck on highways in separate incidents over the weekend. Both women had been staying at Ullivik, after travelling to the city from Inuit communities. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
