What advocates say should be done about toxic drug deaths in B.C.

British Columbia is on its way to once again breaking a grim record: recording more overdose deaths than ever before. In the first six months of this year alone, 1,095 people died from toxic drugs. As Aaron McArthur reports, advocates are begging for more to be done to save lives. Keith Baldrey reports on where the deaths are occurring.
