After 12 hours of searching, Montreal police lifted a perimeter in Pointe-Aux-Trembles, saying two suspects had eluded capture. Two other suspects were arrested in connection with an overnight shooting that injured a 25-year-old woman. As Olivia O’Malley reports, it’s been a day of tension for people who live in the area with heavy police presence and helicopters overhead.
