Federal government announce funding for monkeypox prevention efforts in B.C.

As confirmed cases pass the 1,000 mark in Canada, the federal government is announcing new funding for monkeypox initiatives.
More than $500,000 will go to local organizations in B.C. and Alberta – working with the communities most impacted by the virus. Jasmine Bala has more on how the money will be used.
