A former CEO of the IWK Health Centre who was convicted of fraud has now been released on bail. Tracy Kitch was convicted of fraud in February, and yesterday she was sentenced to five months in jail. But as Graeme Benjamin reports, she’s appealing the sentence and is free as she awaits her bail hearing.
