Vaudreuil father and daughter team up to persuade their neighbors to agree to a lower speed limit

After a collision that shook them both up, a father and daughter from Vaudreuil decided to go door-to-door to get neighbors onside to make their street safer. A municipal program called Rue Active allows citizens to lower the speed limit if they can get 2-thirds of neighbors to sign on. As Tim Sargeant reports, this 6-year-old girl turned into a powerful advocate for change.
