Arden Kliewer is making a name for herself on the ice and the field

WATCH: Arden Kliewer has been a force on the ice for years, backstopping both the Saskatoon Stars and now the Regina Cougars hockey teams.
But for the last two years she’s changed up her offseason training regiment, throwing on pads of a different kind and hitting the turf.
