Tallapoosa County Sheriff Jimmy Abbett spoke Tuesday in Alabama about finding a 12-year-old girl walking along a road after she had escaped captivity on Monday. He said from information gathered, they were able to make an arrest of a man, who is facing charges of multiple counts of capital murder and kidnapping in the first-degree.
