The man accused of opening fire during a July Fourth parade in Highland Park, Ill. will be held without bond, Lake County State’s Attorney Eric Rinehart said on Wednesday. The suspect, 21-year-old Robert E. Crimo III, is charged with seven counts of first-degree murder.
