Ukraine says village in Odesa struck by missiles, Russia denies involvement

Ukrainian authorities reported some residential areas in Odesa, Ukraine, had been struck by Russia missiles early Friday, killing at least 19 people including two children. Officials said the missiles rained down on the village of Serhiivka and hit an apartment building and a resort.
