Montreal police have charged a 26-year-old man with first degree murder in relation to a drive-by shooting that shocked the city.
Meriem Boundaoui was 15 years old when she was shot and killed while seated in a parked car with a friend.
As Gloria Henriquez reports, the suspect is in custody and has a history of violent crime.
