Côte-des-Neiges merchants say new terrasse is hurting business

A kosher grocer says a new terrasse on Darlington in Côte-Des-Neiges is causing parking and safety issues. The borough is however standing by the pop-up summer patio. As Dan Spector reports, merchants say the mayor didn’t consult them and isn’t listening as they argue it’s hurting local business.
