The Nova Scotia government says more than 160 doctors came to the province in the last year, but with the family doctor waitlist at an all-time high, the pressure is on to ensure they stay. Health Minister Michelle Thompson says some recruitment and retention strategies are working, but there are a number of retirements on the horizon, and more needs to be done. Callum Smith reports.
