UBC researcher wants your dead mosquitos in the mail

A UBC researcher wants you to “slap and send” him your dead mosquitoes this summer. Dan Peach is studying the 51 different species of mosquitoes in b.c. he’s trying to map the range of the pesky insects to model how they spread -and spread disease in a changing climate. He hunts mosquitoes using himself as bait but now wants B.C. and Yukon residents to send him the squashed remains of their mosquitoes.
