Within a few months Vernon residents will see a new large scale public art project in town. The series is called “Behind the Mask” and is aimed at creating conversation about mental health. While local participants in the project are excited to see the images installed and feel the photos share positive messages, one Vernon councillor is concerned about the lack of public consultation.
