Opposition parties accuse CAQ of ‘buying’ votes with election promise

Premier François Legault has promised Quebecers earning less than $100,000 will receive a second inflation cheque at the end of the year if his CAQ government is re-elected in October. As Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, opposition parties are accusing the CAQ of “buying” votes ahead of the provincial elections.
