Ruling allowing Quebec mosque shooter to seek parole after 25 years met with disappointment

The Quebec City mosque gunman can apply for parole after 25 years confirms Friday’s ruling by the Supreme Court of Canada. Alexandre Bissonnette opened fire during evening prayers in 2017, killing six men and injuring others. As Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, the Muslim community says the Supreme Court is more concerned with Bissonnette’s well-being than the cruel acts he committed.
