CFL players association ratifies new seven-year deal with the league

The Canadian Football League (CFL) players association ratified a new seven-year agreement on Thursday evening, bringing an end to the dispute that saw an earlier deal rejected. With players accepting, the league’s exhibition season is expected to open on time on Friday night. Brenden Purdy reports.
