Levy Caverly, 18, was killed and his 17-year-old sister was injured Tuesday after a hole they were digging in the sand along the Jersey Shore collapsed on them. The pair had been visiting the Jersey Shore with their family when the accident happened. The 17-year-old girl was treated at the scene, according to police in Toms River, N.J.
