N.B. child advocate calls for creation of Children’s Act

New Brunswick’s newest child and youth advocate has released his first of two reports on the child welfare system. The report calls for the creation of the Children’s Act – and continued improvements to co-ordination within different departments. Nathalie Sturgeon reports.
