Toronto police say little girl found in dumpster could have died earlier than last summer

Inspector Hank Idsinga of the Toronto Police Services said Thursday that tests are being conducted on the body of a little girl found in a dumpster at a construction site near Castle Frank station to determine when she died. It “could have been earlier than last summer,” Idsinga said.
