Critics pan Nova Scotia government’s plan for improving health care

Critics say a plan from the Nova Scotia Progressive Conservative government falls short on details. Many outlined actions are similar to what was promised in the campaign platform. Premier Tim Houston says consistency is important but as Callum Smith reports, there’s no guarantee some of the promises will be possible in the government’s mandate.
