Demolition of fire-damaged Winters Hotel disruption to the neighbourhood

After some delays, demolition is underway on the fire-damaged Winters Hotel building in Gastown. The work is a major disruption for those who live and work in the area but, as Emad Agahi reports, the City is promising the neighbourhood will return to normal by the weekend.
