COVID-19: B.C. drops vaccine card mandate, safety plans and residence requirement

British Columbians will no longer be required by law to show proof of vaccination to enter a restaurant, gym or event as of Friday, April 8. Dr. Bonnie Henry said Tuesday that businesses will no longer be required to have COVID-19 safety plans, just communicable disease plans, and those living in residence at post-secondary institutions will also no longer need to be fully vaccinated.
