As world leaders meet overseas to find ways to reduce the worlds dependency on Russian energy, Canada is hoping to provide a solution and Alberta is offering to help boost supply. But as Sarah Reid explains, oil and gas producers say in order to make that work, they need a commitment from the federal government to solve the ever-present issue of limited market access.
