European Union foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell said Monday the EU would continue to collaborate with international partners to keep putting pressure on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine, adding that the union considers “what’s happening in Ukraine is a war crime, a massive war crime committed by the Russian armed forces against Ukrainian people.” He also said they were also ready to take more restrictive measures.
