Asked what the government’s plan is to put an end to a labour dispute between CP Rail and the union representing nearly 3,000 engineers, conductors and other employees, Labour Minister Seamus O’Regan said the work stoppage “couldn’t come at a worse time” and that he is “urging” all parties to reach an agreement.
