National Police Federation speaking out about Mass Casualty Commission inquiry

The National Police Federation is speaking out about the Mass Casualty Commission’s decision to have RCMP officers testify at the inquiry. The federation’s president says he doesn’t believe the commission explored all options within its capabilities before finalizing a decision. Graeme Benjamin reports.
