Russia-Ukraine conflict: NATO refuses to implement no-fly zone as Zelenskyy pleads with U.S. lawmakers

Russian President Vladimir Putin warned on Saturday that any implementation of a no-fly zone over Ukraine by a third-party would be seen as participation in the war. It came as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy pleaded with U.S. lawmakers to push for such a move by NATO.
