Sheriff says fatal Sacramento church shooting is believed not to be random act

Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones said Monday a shooting at a church when a father shot and killed his three children and then himself, is believed to have been a planned act of domestic violence. The sheriff said the suspect’s wife had a restraining order against him. There are no other suspects, said police.
