Day 2 of Nova Scotia mass shooting inquiry focuses on rural life, policing

The second day of the Mass Casualty Commission’s probe into the Nova Scotia mass shooting got underway today, but so far the commission has not yet started discussions about the events of April 18 and 19. As Graeme Benjamin reports, today’s focus was on life in rural Nova Scotia and the structure of policing in the province.
