What is the plan to get B.C. back to a ‘normal’ way of life?

B.C. Premier John Horgan said Tuesday that while everyone in B.C. no doubt wants to put the pandemic behind them, he said we have to move forward in a careful and thoughtful way. Horgan was speaking following the throne speech about how the province will move forward in a post-pandemic world.
