NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said Monday, during a joint press conference with the foreign ministers of Sweden and Finland, that the military alliance was increasing its presence in the Baltic region amid increasing tensions with Russia. He added that the U.S. has put an aircraft carrier under NATO command for the first time in a decade.
