Home values skyrocket in the Okanagan in latest BC Assessment notices

Okanagan homeowners will be getting their home assessments over the coming days and a warning–your home value has likely skyrocketed. BC Assessment says the average jump in single family home values in communities across the valley is 30 per cent.
