B.C. man offers boat tour of his former, and now-submerged, property

Severe flooding continued to submerge areas of Abbotsford, British Columbia, on November 22. Video taken by one man alleges to show the aftermath of the damage to his former property – as he traverses his submerged land via motorboat.
